About the School and the Project...


Canyon State Academy is a school for homeless boys who need opportunities for treatment and skills development that will change the direction of their lives. The 173-acre campus in Queen Creek, Arizona offers a variety of program venues...that provide a continuum of care that is both nurturing and challenging.

For my Eagle Service Project, I will be coordinating Christmas Gifts for 28 of the young men at CSA. We will be providing gifts for each boy along with other treats and cards to be delivered on December 16th. We need folks to help by donating gifts or money to purchase gifts.

The Christmas Party will be on December 16th at 6:00pm. Everyone is invited to join us at the party when we give the boys their gifts and have a small dinner with them. It will be a great chance to see their faces and get to know these boys. Please RSVP soon so we can give CSA a headcount for dinner.

    This is an awwesome idea! How do we know if someone has already picked a boy, so we do not duplicate?
